Sting Solutions ("we," "us") provides painting, drywall, carpentry, repair, and renovation services. The specific scope, materials, and price for any project are described in the written estimate or quote we provide and agree on with you ("the Customer") before work begins.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Estimates are based on the information and access available at the time. If conditions differ once work begins (for example hidden damage), we will discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding.
We will agree on a start date and payment terms in your estimate. Payment is due as outlined there. We are happy to discuss reasonable scheduling changes with as much notice as possible.
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right with a completed job, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. Any specific warranty terms will be stated in your estimate.
The Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area and to disclose known issues that may affect the job (for example prior water damage, hazardous materials, or property restrictions).
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or for issues outside the agreed scope of work.
