Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026 · BlueStone Webworks, Sacramento, California

These Terms govern the AI Front Desk and related services provided by BlueStone Webworks ("we," "us"). By purchasing or using the services, you ("you," "Client") agree to these Terms. Please read the billing, cancellation, and refund sections carefully.

01 What we provide

We design, build, and operate an AI receptionist ("AI Front Desk") and related services for your business — which may include: a 24/7 AI phone assistant that answers calls and books appointments, automatic call-backs on missed calls and new leads (speed-to-lead), customer-reactivation calls, phone follow-up on unclosed quotes, and (as a separate add-on) a website. Exactly what's included depends on the plan you purchase.

07 Honest limits — no guarantees

We never guarantee call volume, bookings, revenue, search rankings, or any specific business result — anyone who does is guessing. The AI answers and books the calls that come in; results vary by business and market. Reporting shows you real numbers each month.

08 Your number, your data

Your phone number and your customers' information remain yours. We use them only to provide the service. If you leave, you keep your data and we help you transition your line back. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.

09 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purpose, or in any way that violates telemarketing, consumer-protection, or telecommunications laws. We may suspend service for misuse.

10 Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe, telephony and voice-AI providers, and Google). Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their outages or actions. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11 Intellectual property

We retain all rights in our platform, tools, prompts, and methods. You retain ownership of your business content, your customer data, and any website we build for you. You receive a limited right to use the configured service while your plan is active.

12 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost business, calls, or revenue.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the information or materials you provide, your instructions, or your failure to meet notification/consent requirements applicable to your business.

14 Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
